Zone 1 Deliveries: 7-10 days (Free delivery charge applies)

Zones 2-5: 10-21 days, with an additional charge between £20.00 and £60.00 (subject to postcode)

Upholstery, bedframes, and TV beds will be dispatched the following week.
3. Delivery Process

Standard delivery is to the first floor unless a suitable lift is available.

To prevent any inconvenience, please ensure that the item will fit through doorways and into your designated space before delivery.

If delivery is unsuccessful or needs to be cancelled, your order will be redirected to our HUB in Surrey. A re-delivery charge of £75.00 plus the equivalent amount of your original delivery charge will apply.

Return & Refunds

Stocked Items: Cancellations are allowed only if the item has not yet been dispatched.

Returns: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for manufactured or dispatched items, except in cases of faulty goods.

Replacements: If your item has a manufacturing fault, we will arrange a collection and replacement at no extra cost. All replacements must be approved by our customer service team.

Refunds are only available for cancelled stocked items that have not been dispatched.
