What happens after I order?

Once your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. You product is then created by our expert bed makers, and once it's ready to be delivered we will contact you confirming your delivery.

How will my delivery be arranged?

When purchasing your items at checkout there is a calendar for you to select your preferred delivery date. When your order is processed we will get in contact with you via email confirming delivery. If on the rare occasion there is a problem with the selected delivery date we will get in touch via email or phone, or if you need to change your delivery date get in touch with us as soon as possible on 03330905681.

Will you take the bed upstairs?

Divan beds will be delivered to a room of your choice, flat packed bed frames and furniture are generally delivered to your doorstep.
