Delivery & Returns

Order Confirmation:

Upon placing your order, we'll pre-authorize your card, with no immediate charge. We'll then confirm product availability for immediate shipment. Once confirmed, we'll process payment and dispatch your order promptly. In case of any delay, such as backorders, we'll void the pre-authorization and notify you.

Order Delivery:

If your order is in stock, we'll charge your card upon placement and dispatch it within 5 working days. Tracking details will be emailed within 24 hours post-dispatch. If you haven't received tracking information within 6 working days, please contact us at info@mydreamhomeware.com for assistance.

Damages:

We request thorough inspection of all items upon delivery. Please refrain from accepting delivery of any damaged items. In case of damage, kindly send clear photos of the damaged items to info@mydreamhomeware.com to facilitate an insurance claim.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellation of orders after 48 hours may incur additional fees. Once dispatched, the buyer is responsible for return costs. Refunds are processed upon compliant return and inspection, issued to the original payment method.

Returns:

We offer a 14-day returns policy, allowing you to return unwanted orders within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@mydreamhomeware.com for approval and further instructions. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and sealed, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exemptions:

Please note that certain items are exempt from our standard returns policy due to hygiene or other reasons. These items include mattresses, pillows, and any items that have been unsealed or used. Additionally, sale items or gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
