Designed for comfort, the Castello bed comes with a sprung slatted base that adapts to pressure points, ensuring a good night's sleep. The frame is built using chipboard, MDF, and engineered wood, and rests on dark rubberwood feet that complement its overall look. For ease of transportation and assembly, the bed is flat-packed.
This bed is available in multiple sizes (Double, King, and Super King), and also offers an ottoman option for added storage.

We offer free delivery to the UK Mainland within 5-7 working days. However, additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. Deliveries to Scotland and Ireland may also incur extra costs.
We'll provide you with a convenient morning or afternoon slot for your delivery, and our driver will give you a 30-minute heads-up before arrival. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery to avoid rescheduling fees which may vary depending on the carrier used for the day.
Our delivery service includes bringing the items to your building door only; our drivers do not carry items upstairs or perform assembly.

Cancelling an Order:
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch; however, this is not applicable for bespoke/personalized items.
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email at info@mydreamhomeware.com
If your order has been dispatch, then please follow the guidance below:
- Notification: Please inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return any item(s). This can be done by contacting us via email at info@mydreamhomeware.com
- Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Return Carriage Costs: The purchaser is responsible for covering the return carriage cost.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued upon inspection of the returned products. Please note that certain items, such as mattresses and pillows, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened.
- Responsibility: It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
Collection Charges:
- You have the option to use your own courier service for the return, or we can arrange collection for you.
- Collection charges will be based on courier fees.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well-packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Damages or Missing Parts:
- Contact us immediately if any parts or fixings need to be added to your order.
- Provide photos for assessment of any damage or issues.
Exceptions:
- Certain items, such as mattresses, pillows, protectors, and duvets, cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened.
- It is your legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed once the goods are returned and inspected for compliance with our return policy.
